If you're new to betting, or simply aren't sure how to back your favourite team, then you're in the right place. You can also view your transactions in 'My Account'.
Once you have logged into your account, click on the Deposit Funds link on the top left hand side of the Home page or on the Deposit Funds link in My Account. Enter the amount you wish to deposit, select which payment method you wish to deposit from then click on Deposit Funds.
The minimum deposit is £5 in Sterling or the equivalent amount in your chosen currency.
We will never charge you for making a deposit. However certain banks may charge if they class the deposit as a cash transaction. If you're unsure about this, your bank will be able to advise.
As soon as your bank authorises the amount you choose to deposit, your funds will be available immediately in your Sky Bet account.
You can use your account across all of our products, Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Vegas & Sky Bingo. If you fancy a spin on roulette, simply log in to Sky Vegas using your user ID and pin or if you're already logged in, click the Sky Vegas tab to start playing. You have one account and one 'wallet' which can be used in any way you like.
If you have a promo code that you wish to use, simply go to the Promotions tab within 'My Account' and enter the code where it says 'Redeem Your Tokens'. If you have a free bet that you wish to use – simply select the market you want to bet on and your free bet will appear in your bet slip. Click "use free bet" to select the free bet but remember this will not be included in any returns.
To bet live during a match or game, simply choose which match you would like to bet on under 'Live Betting' which you will find on our home page at www.skybet.com. You can then bet on any market providing it hasn't been suspended due to a change in play.

To place a multiple bet simply follow these steps:

There are many different bet types that you can create, from a Single, to a Treble, to a Trixie, but what do they consist of? Below is a list of the various different bet types we offer and an explanation about what they involve.
| Single | A Single is a bet on 1 selection in 1 event. If your selection wins, so do you. | |
| Double | A Double is 1 bet made up of 2 selections in different events. Both selections must be successful for your bet to win. | |
| Treble | A Treble is 1 bet involving 3 selections in different events. All 3 selections have to win for your bet to win. | |
| 4-Fold | A 4-Fold Accumulator is 1 bet made up of 4 selections in different events. If they all win, so do you. But if any of the selections lose, your bet does too. | |
The following bet types are all made up of more than one bet. Your stake is multiplied by the amount of bets involved and as long as one of the bets wins, you will receive some winnings (to get maximum winnings, all the bets must win).
| Patent | A Patent consists of 7 bets and is made up of 3 selections. It contains 3 single bets, 3 double bets and 1 treble bet. | |
| Trixie | A Trixie consists of 4 bets and is made up of 3 selections. It contains 3 doubles and 1 treble bet. | |
| Yankee | A Yankee consists of 11 bets and is made up of 4 selections. It contains 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 four-fold. | |
| Lucky 15 | A Lucky 15 consists of 15 bets and is made up of 4 selections. It contains 4 singles, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 four-fold. | |
| Canadian/Super Yankee | A Canadian (sometimes known as a Super Yankee) consists of 5 selections and is made up of 26 bets. It contains 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 four-folds plus 1 five-fold. | |
| Lucky 31 | A Lucky 31 consists of 31 bets and is made up of 5 selections. It contains 5 singles, 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 four-folds and 1 five-fold. | |
| Heinz | A Heinz is 57 consists of 6 selections. It contains 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 four-folds, 6 five-folds and 1 six-fold. | |
| Lucky 63 | A Lucky 63 consists of 63 bets and is made up of 6 selections. It contains 6 singles, 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 four-folds, 6 five-folds and 1 six-fold. | |
| Super Heinz | A Super Heinz consists of 120 bets and is made up of 7 selections. It contains 21 doubles, 35 trebles, 35 four-folds, 21 five-folds, 7 six-folds and 1 seven-fold. | |
| Goliath | A Goliath consists of 247 bets and is made up of 8 selections. It contains 28 doubles, 56 trebles, 70 four-folds, 56 five-folds, 28 six-folds, 8 seven-folds and 1 eight-fold. | |
