To withdraw funds, firstly make sure you are logged in using your User ID and PIN.
If you are using an international MasterCard, or a Visa card issued in a restricted country (please contact Customer Services for details of these countries), due to card scheme rules, we are unable to pay funds back to your card. Your funds will be paid back to the bank account of your choice.
To minimise the risk of card fraud, we may request documentary proof from you before a bank transfer can be processed.

The minimum withdrawal is £5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum daily withdrawal is £5,000 or currency equivalent. Should you wish to withdraw a larger amount, please contact us by telephone.
There is no charge for withdrawals to a UK debit or credit card or to international Visa cards. For international MasterCards and Visa cards issued in restricted countries, withdrawals by bank transfer to banks located outside the UK or in a foreign currency will incur a fee of the currency equivalent of £27.00, which will be deducted from the amount withdrawn. In some cases your own bank may levy an additional charge for processing a bank transfer receipt.
For all UK debit and credit cards and for international Visa cards, your funds will be paid directly back to your card within the normal banking cycle (usually 2 to 3 working days). The normal banking timescale for bank transfers is 3 to 5 working days.
Funds you withdraw from your account will have the reference "Sky Bet" on your bank or credit card statement. For withdrawals to UK MasterCard's, the reference on your credit card statement will be "Payment received, thank you" or similar, depending on your card issuer.
