To stop betting with us you can self-exclude your account whenever you're logged in or alternatively just contact us to ask us to exclude you from our services. Self-exclusion will close your account so that you can no longer access Sky Bet, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker and Sky Vegas.
As soon as you self-exclude your account, the following applies:
To self-exclude:
1. Go to your personal account area called My Account
2. Under Responsible Gambling click on Stop Betting
3. Select your preferred self-exclusion period from the drop-down menu (6 months or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years)
4. Click on the button Stop Betting
5. Click on Confirm
We also advise that you self-exclude from any other bookmakers where you hold betting accounts and that you use website filtering and / or blocking software to prevent you from accessing gambling websites from your personal computer, see Website filtering and blocking software for further information.
When your period of self-exclusion has expired, if you wish to return to Sky Bet you will need to contact us by phone.
