It is an offence for anyone under 18 years old to open a betting account, to play any of our games or use our sports betting products.  We reserve the right to verify all customers' details with a third party and to ask for further proof of age at any time.  Note that your account may be suspended until we have received satisfactory proof of age. 

Outside the UK the local gambling age varies from country to country so if that age is above 18 then you we ask you to observe your own country's laws regarding the minimum age for gambling.

To safeguard your account from access by under 18s we advise the following:

• Keep your account User ID and PIN confidential

• If you are using our interactive TV channel, you can set an access PIN using your remote control via the interactive services menu.  This allows you to block access to the full interactive TV service by any young people in your home.
