Due to card scheme rules, if you use a non UK-issued MasterCard or a Visa credit card from a restricted country (please contact Customer Services for details of these countries), we are unable to repay to your card.
Funds will be paid by bank transfer to the bank account which you will be asked to specify the first time you enter the withdrawal screen. To protect you from the risk of card fraud, we reserve the right to ask you to provide us with copies of proof of identity before a repayment can be made to your nominated bank account.
The documents we require are:
