How do I withdraw my winnings and when will I get my money?
To withdraw, simply use the button available below or visit the Withdraw Funds under the Banking tab of My Account. Then enter the amount and click ‘Withdraw’. Withdrawals to card generally take 2 to 5 bank working days to reach your account and within 24 hours for an e-wallet.
Why can I not withdraw?
On occasion, you may have what are termed ‘Net Deposits’ on an alternative card on your account. These may prevent you from withdrawing a certain amount to a certain card or e-wallet.
This measure is in place to safeguard against money laundering, fraud etc. and basically means whatever is spent with a card or e-wallet has to go back to that same pay method.
Why have I got back less than I expected?
There could be a variety of reasons why you’ve received less back than you expected and these will usually be communicated within the Account History area.
These can include Rule 4s, Dead Heats, Non Runners, ‘Perm’ Betting or reduction in Each Way terms. Further details can be found by using the button below.
I’ve forgotten my details
If you've misplaced your User ID and/or PIN since you last used us – or have attempted to register to be told you already have an account – we have an online retrieval service which can assist.
We’ll need some of the details you provided on registration such as your date of birth, email and/or postcode. We’ll then aim to send your details to your registered email address.
How do I deposit?
Simply click the 'Deposit' button available at the top of the screen or the link shown here below – but make sure you are logged in!
The minimum deposit is only £5 and most deposits are free (some Credit Cards may charge). We also accept e-wallets such as PayPal, Moneybookers and Neteller.
